Is anybody out here in the world pee shy? It boggles the mind but I have no problem walking around on the beach all day, walking around the house all day, but when I am out in the tex world and have to pee in a non-private room I get pee shy.

Yes. I too have a problem at times peeing in a public restroom. I know many men that do also

cardmanApr 26, 2018Yes, me too. Happy to walk around naked in public but put me (clothed) at a urinal and I develop a shy bladder.

WillApr 26, 2018Luckily I have never had this problem. I have even peed in the bushes at the beach while people walk by. I dont hug the urinal in public bathrooms so if someone wanted to catch a glimpse, they could. It doesnt bother me. I think I used to be shy until I started my nudist life.

ZekeApr 26, 2018Never had thought about it, I'll have to pay attention next time in public though I have no issue been nude in gym locker room/showers. One of those "mmmmm" moments/thoughts...LOL

Newbie59Apr 26, 2018I wouldn't say pee shy but have to make sure there's a urinal separating me from the next guy. LOL!

McdcvsApr 27, 2018No, I have never been pee shy, I can pee with men or women around although with women that I don't really know, I try to make it as quiet as possible.

Tom === Thomas S. TierneyApr 27, 2018[strong]I had a weird bathroom experience a long time ago. I was at an old rustic nudist camp. There were two outhouses almost hidden behind some trees and bushes, the first one was for the men, farther up the trail was one for the women. I was nude of course. I had just sat down on one of the four toilet openings. Before I even started peeing, a young 8 or 9 or at the most 10 year old girl rushed in. she was also nude of course. Before I had a chance to tell her that the girls outhouse was a little farther up the trail, she was sitting on the hole next to me and gabbing away and peeing. She wiped herself dry and left. I hadnt moved, peed, farted or spoken a word. I sat there for several minutes before doing what I came in there to do.[/strong]ReactReply - NUNudeInNewJerseyApr 28, 2018[quote]I had a weird bathroom experience a long time ago. [strong]Yeah, LOL. I bet it wasn't funny then. That could be scary. Good thing you didn't embarrass her by telling her she was in the wrong outhouse.
[strong][em]"I hadn't moved, peed, farted or spoken a word."[/em][/strong] that is a very funny line.[/strong]ReactReply - CH
ChrisApr 30, 2018I've been to a few events where there are no individual urinals and just a trough.... I've had no problem pulling it out and peeing with guys on either side of me or in front of me on the other side of the trough... I think they should bring them back a lot easier then using 3 urinals and a 50 person deep line. I have also been to a few Spanish/Mexican Restaurants here in S. Florida and was surprised to see a few places just had a wall in between the toilets and no doors, as you walked to the other toilet you can see the other guy sitting there.. I have used those as well when you gotta go you gotta go and big deal we all have a penis... If anything I should be the shy one lol

HghySjoerdh hApr 30, 2018Pee shy.... I didn't know that it excist. If I have to pee, I have to pee....

noodengr2May 1, 2018the first time i was in a nudist restroom at Turtle Lake it sort of startled me to see the urinals in view of the sinks and women standing at the sinks. But then I thought ' what is the big deal? " and stood there and took a piss. I am glad there are doors on the stalls so that when I sit down i am not in full view.

Neal SalanMay 2, 2018With all my other anxieties, PTSD, etc., this is, fortunately, something I have never had a problem with...except when I was standing next to someone hung like a horse when I was younger. I always found that intimidating. After years of nudism I now know we come in an enormous variety of shapes and sizes. I do understand these phobias, though. We all have our own foibles...and that is AOK!

BerkyMay 2, 2018NudeinNewJersey. You handled that situation about as well as anyone could have. Me? I might have been tempted to slip her my phone number. You never know. She might have been available. LOL :))

PaGayNudistMay 2, 2018A funny subject indeed! Being a nudist and used to being around others naked .. With nudists I am very open and not at all shy. But tend to over compensate around those that aren't nudists.. Sort of starting to be embarrassed FOR THEM.. lol.. I have no idea where that comes from. .. Steve

CanAus89May 5, 2018Yeah definitely a real thing! I run around naked as much as I can and I'm certainly not shy but have certainly had a bladder that would not let go if someone was standing next to me at the urinal. Luckily it's gotten better over the last couple years and isn't a huge issue now.
Pro tip: If you lock up, hold your breath and look up. That can help. ;)

PeteMay 5, 2018Pee shy NO, when I was in the military one of my assignments was as a substance abuse counselor, and part of the requirements was that routine pee tests were the norm. I also had to stand by as a monitor while others took the test, so to make a long story short, I have never had a problem with a shy bladder alone or in the company of the group.

flyhigh2609May 7, 2018not pee shy at all, not show penis shy either in restroom or elsewhere. I do see a lot of people diverting themself directly to the cabin with doors when e.g. only two pee stations are available and one is already occupied. Dont understand why.

McdcvsMay 8, 2018Yes Lee, I understand, my wife is restroom shy, even with me around. She has to close the door, she can talk to me as long as the door is closed. In public restrooms, she worries that the next person would think she left the room smelling so she doesnt like when someone goes in right after her. The struggle is real.

BerkyMay 29, 2018I never have a problem with it. I just don't like public restrooms. They're nasty!
ReactReply - MEMemberMay 29, 2018
Yes, Rest Room, or Bathrooms? I have yet to see comfy couches or a bath. Why can't we just say Lavatory or Toilet. Most cafes, restaurants and council facilities in Australia, now simply say "toilets". Also the traditional dank smell is a thing of the past in most places, thank goodness

They are called "Men's Room" or "Women's Room"
