You can read more about what is going through my head at www.thecrohnsdiary.com I can't believe I put that I was gay in my sexual orientation -- too much prejudice against gay, male nudists -- but it feels good. That being said, that is about as close to talking about sex in a specific manner that I am going to get. I am not here for that. I have put out that little bit of information that everyone deems is so important to life as we know it. If you want to send me a friend request solely on that one facet of my profile -- don't. I find that people that define themselves solely by their sexuality are either: vapid, shallow, or just coming out. Now get over it and move on. Until I had joined this site, I didn't realize that I have been a nudist for over a decade -- as soon as I moved out of my parents house the clothes were gone. I really just don't like the feel of clothes most of the time; but there is so much more to me than just sheer nudity. That would be rather boring...no? A site where everyone was just nude together...doing absolutely nothing else. My only hang-up about the nude body is cleanliness. I am a tad bit OCD when it comes to being clean. The naked and nude body has never bothered me. What has bothered me is that I have seen a lot of people's personal hygiene. To me, this is why some people MUST wear clothes. The clothes protect the rest of us from them and not vice-a-versa.

If you send me a friend request, have no profile, have no face shot, and don't send me a message I will delete the request every time. Please show me the respect I would show you. I am open to meeting any new people and having an intelligent discourse. I don't mind adding new friends, but please send me a message to let me know what you are thinking. If you just add me as a friend and I have no idea who you are, I am just going to deny your friend request. I want to chat with men, women, couples, and everything in between. I have no hang-ups -- but no, I am not on here for sex. Nudity does not equal sex and sometimes I have to remind the nudists of this. I don't care if you have nude pictures posted or not if you have a great mind and can talk/write well. Nudism does not equal exhibitionism and I can understand that some people don't want to post items on the internet. I try not to sweat the small things in life. I would also love to meet and chat with anyone about anything that I have an interest in. I am hoping that there are just as many ladies as gents that share my interests!

Life for me is busy since I work seven days a week. In the scant time I do have away from work, I do enjoy relaxing and learning new things. I love to read and can be found reading items that run the gamut from Immanuel Kant's "Critique of Pure Reason" to a Superman comic book. Everything that I read helps me to expand the way I think in life. If I am in an area, it is more than likely you will find me at the book store browsing. In addition to my love affair with books, I also enjoy cooking. I have been cooking since I was ten years old and have picked up quite a bit from family, television, and books. I experiment a lot but I also have certain favorite dishes that family members request from time to time. I love to learn new techniques mainly because it improves the flavor of the cooking; and I love to eat good food. Other areas of interest that have piqued my curiosity or that I have been involved in are: sailing, photography, design (spatial), mechanics, and working out (just getting back into this). If you know about any of these items, feel free to chat me up as I am always willing to learn more.

I like just about every genre of music out there that I have heard. My favorite music, though, uses vocal harmonies, lyrics, and melody in a way that emphasizes the harmony to the point of sublimation. I just have this thing for a well executed harmony, i.e. The Mamas and the Papas and Bone Thugs and Harmony. What really turns me off in a song is excessive vulgarity. I don't want to hear a lot of swear words or who the vocalist had sex with the night before. I want the music I listen to have a message that is more than just a repeated swear word.

Good movies are so few and far between. Movies that I want to watch must have two things: action and a good storyline. When I say "action" I don't mean shoot-em-up fights or banal scenes that are similar; I mean when there is action -- or progression -- in the storyline. I want to see some growth in my characters and I want to feel as though they are part of the movie and not just there because they garner $20million per scene. And the storyline has to be good. Bring me in to the story; make me suspend my reality to be a part of your vision. That makes me like the movie regardless of the genre.

Rather than sound sappy, I choose to sound banal and cliched: "Save the cheerleader, save the world."
