This week has brought a flurry of changes to the site. Most of them unseen. Major improvements in speed and reliability have been integrated.

Unfortunately a lot of these changes did not launch smoothly, so my apologies for that. For now I'm just working on fixing any outstanding issues and ensuring everything is working properly.

Please feel free to use this thread to discuss your thoughts or let me know if something is not working right.

On the Home page when you click New Members, Members Near You etc. When you click these nothing happens. I'm using Google Chrome if thats of any help.

I've never had a problem uploading photos but yesterday I uploaded a pic and a problem developed. While everything seemed normal in the process, i.e. caption, permissions, the photo never showed up in my photo album. When I went to MY PICTURES it was there but does not show up under Photos. Any suggestions?

When I open the pic in MY PICTURES and check the status. It says pending approval. When the pic is approved, I expect it to show up in my Photo Album.

pages on my computer are not displaying fully. Top menus and bottom menu are just lists if text on left hand side.

Also when filtering profiles that are online. many seem to be displayed when they arent onliune. when i open a profile it lists the last logon as just "ago" .

I think I figured this problem out (For IE 9 anyway). You have to be in compatibility mode. There is an icon that looks like a page ripped in half up above the menu bar where you would enter an URL. Click on it and it should highlight blue. Click inside the quoted text and hit enter (I did it at the very beginning). Hit backspace to remove the extra space you just created. Now click in the white space.

I've been trying to figure this out since before the upgrade, so I don't know if that had anything to do with your problem or not.

You may be in compatibility mode. When I do that to reply to posts with quoting (See post above), I get the symptoms you describe.

To TT, I have noticed that when replying to a post, I get kicked back to page 1 of the thread instead of staying on the current last page.

Come on Admin...

we have been asking for ages about getting the videos sorted. Anything we have uploaded this year cannot be seen by our friends. And we cant see their new ones.
We are not paying customers, but would be very unhappy if we were. And the inability (bothered?) does not encourage us to join

I put this in another thread because I couldn't find this one at the time. For the last several days, the 'members near me' tab doesn't display anyone. Before this started, it was displaying folks in Virginia. (I'm in Illinois).

John aka cobeachbum[/quote]The 'Members near me' is working again, but oddly only shows five, instead of six. Perhaps a mileage limit, since the old number six that used to show is in Chicago, over 200 miles away.
