Separating social nudity from sexual nudity

Had a home a few years ago where I was a full-time nudist in my house & backyard. Over the years, I rented a room to different housemates. Some were nudists, some not. I made it clear in the beginning that I would ALWAYS be nude, even when they would invite guests to come over. Not once did I ever have a problem with a clothed person concerning my nudity. Thats because its all about how I behaved. Im so comfortable with my naked body, and doing normal, everyday things, that my conduct put (clothed) people at ease. I was very sexual when I lived there, but I kept a hard line between that and my everyday nudity. If it wasnt a sexual situation, then I didnt act like it, nor ever got aroused. I even demonstrated a sex toy for a clothed, mixed group, at their request. It would normally be used when a man had an erection, but since it wasnt a sexual situation, I didnt have one. I told many people that social nudity and sexual behavior are completely separate things. I also imparted this adage:
Social nudity is not about SEEING or being SEEN.
Its about BEING nude.

Taking a crap and peeing are biological functions as well but doing them in a public space where it is not designated is shocking. Your metaphor needs work.
Biological phenomena are not designed to shock anyone. People mistakenly think that when a nudist guy is having an erection, it is about THEM.

Wearing clothes are a choice. Nudity, as you have mentioned is not a choice. It is who we are.Biological phenomena are not designed to shock anyone. People mistakenly think that when a nudist guy is having an erection, it is about THEM. We go on nude cruises where there are literally thousands of nudists walking around the ship and some of the private island stops and yet no erections. We go to large social nudist events at the big resorts where there are literally hundreds of nudists walking around grounds and yet no erections... almost like social nudist men don't get erections at inappropriate times in inappropriate locations.
I have occasionally seen men with rrrctions

You are on point with this but the problem is most of the people pushing the erection acceptance theory like the commenter you replied to have not had the genuine nudist experiences you describe. They use nudism to justify their own interest and sexual proclivities, and then project this self interest on those who are trying to protect what little opportunities for non sexual social nudism we have left. Of course it is about US. Those of use who want to practice nonsexual social nudism, are losing that opportunity because people who are only into nudity as a precursor to sex are reinforcing the stigma that already exists and making it hard to just be clothes free without have to worry about someone pursuing cheap thrills at our cost. Nudists are prudes we just have enough emotional and psychological maturity to control our bodies, behavior and gaze. Something that cannot be said for many of the Internet nudity proponents. Ive never seen a guy on a beach with an erection either, not saying that it never happens, but with the amount of made up nonsense you post, its difficult to believe a word.

When I go to Gunnison, I leave the car wearing short shorts or a swim brief but I take it off as soon as I am out of sight of the road and remain nude until I get back to the same point when leaving. Actually he and his girlfriend or wife were running toward the dunes when I saw them.

I say I dont believe a word you say. You embellish the story to include a woman and them both with his erection running to the dunes. Which begs the question, why did you even need to ask the first part. Do you see why people have trouble believing you, you cant even lie convincingly.

Is it that difficult for you to answer that question? One is a public space that some people think they can get away that behavior. The other is a private space where you are likely to be removed and or banned if you do not adhere to behavioral norms.
I have occasionally seen a man with an erections at Gunnison. Yes Ive noticed erect penises both at nudist beaches and resorts often with their female companion
But the erections dont last long . Once the settle in the erection goes.
Some thing I was concerned of on my first public nude exposure. But has never happened

Ive also noticed an increasing trend to make single males unwelcome both at beaches and resorts.
Have herd of many resorts not permitting single
Males, and beachs were single males being chased off.

While it is sometimes difficult to strike up a conversation, only once did someone object to me being there, That was one of my earlier visits and the person must have sensed my discomfort.

I will fight for men to have the right to have blood engorge their penises at inopportune times because they are men with blood and penises. I won't consider this a behavior or differentiate this from social vs. sexual nudity. Nor will I impose judgments on their quality or earnestest of nudism as actual, true, moral or ideologically pure nudists. They are simply men who happen to have an erection, which is a biological response, not a behavior. In addition, I will hold them responsible to act appropriately as a result - that is their chosen behavior. Maybe they should drape a towel over themselves or sit down depending on the setting. Some people sneeze into the air and others in their hand or arm, but my judgements will not prevent them from sneezing. Perhaps saying Gesundheit (health) or God bless you is also the best response to erections.

Ever other post he bemoans the fact that hes constantly rejected from naturist space, and judges those in charge to be puritanical.

Is it any wonder the single male gets a hard time.

In my experience, males attending or attempting to attend nudist resorts alone have been unwelcome or outright banned for years. It's discriminatory and disgusting. Which is why I stick to nude beaches. All are welcome and nude beaches.

Recently someone on social media posted they were going to visit a nude beach with their partner in this case female I know because of the photo and were inquiring where the places were on the beach where they could carry on and have some naked fun. This is kind of idea that some men are taking to the nude beaches in the US. At US resorts (unless it is a swinger venue) men are expected to behave appropriately and cover an erection until it subsides. What is proposes by the sexual libertine men is erections are harmless and benign so no one need worry if a man has an erection and explicitly shows it off. That is not the nudist way. If a social nudism environment everyone is expected to control their behavior so the whole social group can enjoy the space. If you behave accordingly you have nothing to worry about. In fact working about it makes it worse.
Yes Ive noticed erect penises both at nudist beaches and resorts often with their female companion But the erections dont last long . The US continues to lose nudist beaches venues and I believe Australia has lost two nude beaches this year. Partly because anti nudism groups can use the behavior of a minority of men to blanket associate sexual behavior with all genuine nudists.
I wonder wether its an Australian thing
