Space/Time is running out and we still havent decided how we should celebrate Imbolc today. Several years ago, we placed some coins around our well, but that was very low-key. I would like to place lit candles around our house floor, but, old as we are, we would probably trip over them and burn the house down, so thats a no-go. We are in Oklahoma at the moment where it is 70+ degrees, appropriately spring-like for Imbloc, unlike Anchorage where they set a new record for earliest date with 100 inches of snow. I cant drink any more, so Irish whiskey wont work. Corned beef is too salty for my blood pressure. I know a Brigette (French spelling), but making a Bridget doll would too tempting to stick needles in. Maybe Ill just play my guitar and sing A Song for Ireland, Four Green Fields, The Patriot Game, or The Rocky Road to Dublin, but then, again, maybe not. More importantly, are the goddess Bridget and Saint Bridget quantumly entangled? How did you celebrate Imbolc?
