I cannot talk but I am not dead yet,

I cannot talk on any app. I had a stroke about 4 years ago (see my group Stroke Survivors) and have aphasia and dysarthria. Despite years of speech therapy, my wife cannot understand me unless I use SLEW (Slow, Loud, Enunciate, Wide) and even then it is a struggle. BUT as the characters in the Monty Python movie The Holy Grail say, I am not dead yet. Thus the point of the group. BTW, I have lost significant weight since those pictures were taken and will post After shots soon.
