Prostate Cancer and Nudity for Nudity's Sake

I have prostate cancer. It is limited to the prostate (that's good), but it was found in all 13 prostate biopsy core samples (that's bad). I have had afib for decades, had a stroke a year and a half ago and I am 76 years old; so I am not a candidate for surgery. I started androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) almost two weeks ago and it continues for 18 months. Radiation starts in mid-June for a month. Side effects can be fatigue, depression, weight gain, increased cholesterol, loss of libido, and stroke (been there, done that, don't want to do it again) among others. I am trying to get out ahead of the cancer by eating excessive amounts of cooked tomatoes and cruciferous vegetables (broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, kale), berries, mushrooms and other things having antioxidants and other cancer-fighting compounds. I am scheduled to participate in exercise programs for cancer survivors because they counter the side effects and also can directly affect the growth and the spread of cancer cells. TN seems to value nudity for nudity's sake, not an opportunity for social sexual encounters. But, that having been said, how are we able to really separate the two? Well, the whole point of the ADT is to suppress testosterone production to near zero because testosterone is what makes the prostate cancer grow. As an unintended but necessary consequence, my libido should be zero as well. When I am into this for several weeks longer, I should notice the drop in libido and then I, at least for one, will be able the principle of nudity from any lust I may have convinced myself I wasn't having prior to ADT treatment. The medical papers I have read about ADT use the term "castrate" levels, which is scary but at least it's only a temporary, not permanent, "castration". I will update this report when I have gotten further into my treatments for prostate cancer, meanwhile, guys, if you don't want prostate cancer, set a goal to do 150 minutes of cardio exercise a week, and learn to love cooked tomatoes and cruciform vegetables. Stay tuned.
